Concept (TWC API)

The Concept widget pack for Widgy is a pack of dynamic weather widgets that seamlessly integrate data from The Weather Channel API to provide comprehensive and visually striking weather updates.

Page 1:

Displays a large, concept design weather icon that beautifully illustrates the current weather condition. And it shows detailed current weather conditions, including: Temperature, Wind, Air Quality Index (AQI), and Precipitation Forecast: Expected precipitation over the next 6 hours.

Page 2:

• Presents the daily and hourly weather forecasts, which can be easily switched by tapping on the third panel.
• Features stunning outlined weather icons that cohesively match the primary concept icon on the first page.
• Smooth and balanced transition animations provide a fluid user experience when navigating between daily and hourly forecasts.

The Concept widget not only offers essential weather information but also enhances the visual appeal of your home screen with its modern and artistic design. Perfect for users who appreciate both functionality and aesthetics.

Additionally, Medium and Small sized widgets are available with the same design layout.

Instructions

Since this is an API-based Widgy, you would be required to email your location (name or coordinated) so that Widgy would be recreated for your location.

How to set up a Widgy widget

1. Download Widgy from the App Store
2. Open the Widgy app and set it up, prompt required permissions.
3. Head to my page and download the Widgy you like (it’s in a zip format)
4. Locate the zip file in your Files and extract it.
5. If the file is in .widgy format, just tap on it, and it should be opened in the Widgy app.
6. If it’s in an image format (QR code) save it in your photo app, then open the Widgy app and in the Home tab, find the Import button and choose Import QR code from Photos. Locate the QR code you just saved in the photo app and tap on it. That’s it.

How to set up a transparent background

1. Long press on your homescreen
2. Swipe and go to an empty page.
3. Take a screenshot of the empty page.
4. Open Widgy App and tap on “manage.”

Then tap the “Set Transparent Background” button and choose the screenshot.
